Company setup in China
China's parks offer real money to foreign founders, but only in Chinese, by phone and WeChat. We talk to them for you, get every offer in writing and set up your company.

Why us
We're doing it ourselves, in Shanghai, right now.
We're setting up our own company in Shanghai from zero. We started with no contacts, no Chinese phone number and policy documents that exist only in Chinese.
So we've compared the parks, sat in the calls and learnt which offers are real and which ones disappear once you ask for them in writing.
We'll do the same for you: make the calls in Chinese, then tell you in English what was said and what it means.

Translation
Every offer, translated and checked.
Since August 2024, China's fair-competition rules limit what parks can promise individual companies, so we check each offer against the written policy.
Park office, on WeChat
办公空间可以免费六个月,之后一块钱一平米一天。
Six months of free office space, then ¥1 per square metre a day.
Our note: Verbal offer. We get it in writing before you sign.
How we work
Clear terms, agreed up front.
01
Fixed fees
We agree a fixed fee with you before we start. We never take a percentage of government money.
02
Offers in writing
Parks often make offers by phone. We get every offer in writing before you sign anything.
03
Licensed partners
Where the law requires a licence, a licensed partner does the work: bookkeeping, PRC legal advice and statutory audit.
04
In English
Every call, document and decision is explained to you in English.
Cities
Starting in Shanghai.
We start where we're doing the work for ourselves. Hangzhou is available on request.
Tell us what you're building.
In a free consultation we'll tell you which city and park fit, what you could get there and what it takes.
